What happens if I replace my hardware?
Contact support (axc@frameout.co.kr) to request a device transfer. Up to 2 transfers per year are allowed.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?
No, each license key is bound to one device. Additional devices require additional licenses. Enterprise plans support bulk key issuance.
What happens when my license expires?
After expiration, only basic IDE features remain available — AI features are deactivated. Your code and projects are unaffected. Enter a renewal key to reactivate instantly.
Is there auto-renewal?
No. Airgap Studio does not auto-renew. You'll receive expiry notifications 30 days before via the IDE status bar and popups.
How do I request a refund?
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact support at axc@frameout.co.kr and your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Are there additional API token costs?
No. Since Airgap Studio uses local LLMs, there are no API token charges. Unlimited use during your license period.
