1. Overview

Frameout ("Company") values the protection of personal information in providing the AIRGAP Studio service and complies with applicable privacy laws, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

2. Personal Information Collected

When Using the Website

• Contact form: Name, organization, email, phone number, message content
• Downloads: Download request logs (IP address, timestamp)

When Using the Software

AIRGAP Studio is designed to operate in offline environments. In its default configuration, no personal information is transmitted externally.

• Telemetry: Disabled by default. Anonymized usage statistics may only be collected if explicitly enabled by the User.
• Local data: Code, conversation history, and settings are stored only in the User's local environment and are never transmitted to Company servers.
• License verification: Performed offline using ED25519 signature verification, with no network connection required.

3. Purpose of Use

• Responding to service inquiries and providing technical support
• Processing quote and demo requests
• Statistical analysis for service improvement (with consent only)

4. Retention and Deletion

• Inquiry records: Retained for 1 year after resolution, then deleted
• Telemetry data: Automatically deleted 6 months after collection
• Contract/transaction records: Retained for 5 years per applicable law

5. Third-Party Disclosure

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without User consent, except when required by law.

6. User Rights

• Right to access, correct, and delete personal information
• Right to request suspension of personal information processing
• Right to withdraw telemetry consent (can be disabled immediately in settings)

8. Air-Gapped Environment Privacy

AIRGAP Studio is designed for network-isolated (air-gapped) environments. In such environments:

• All AI processing is performed through the local AI engine
• Code and data are never transmitted to external servers
• License verification is performed offline
• Telemetry is physically unable to be transmitted

This fully guarantees data sovereignty in environments requiring high security levels, such as financial institutions and government agencies.

9. AI Customer Support Chatbot

When using the website's AI chat support feature:

• Conversation content is processed through the OpenAI API and may be retained for up to 30 days per OpenAI's API data policy.
• The Company does not store conversation content and only collects metadata for statistical purposes, such as conversation counts and topic classification.
• Please do not enter personal information (name, contact details, etc.) during chat.
• AI responses are for reference only; please verify through customer support for accurate answers.
