Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AIRGAP Studio software and related services ("Service") provided by Frameout ("Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: Includes the AIRGAP Studio IDE software, related documentation, updates, and technical support provided by the Company.
- User: Any individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- License: The usage rights granted by the Company for the purpose of using the Service.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)
These Terms become effective when posted on the Service interface or notified to Users. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, with at least 7 days' prior notice before the effective date.
Article 4 (Use of Service)
- The Service is provided to Users holding a valid License.
- Users must use the Service in accordance with the License terms and may not engage in unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or similar activities.
- Use of the Service in offline environments is guaranteed within the valid License period.
Article 4-2 (License Usage Conditions)
- Each License key may only be used by one User on one device.
- Users may not share, distribute, transfer, or lend License keys to third parties.
- Sharing a single-user License among multiple users constitutes a License violation.
- When device changes are needed (OS reinstallation, hardware replacement, etc.), Users must request a reissue from the administrator.
Article 4-3 (License Termination and Sanctions)
- The Company may immediately terminate a License in the following cases:
- Unauthorized sharing or distribution of License keys
- Simultaneous use of a single-user License on multiple devices
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the software
- Bypassing or disabling License verification mechanisms
- Licenses terminated due to violations may be denied renewal.
- The Company may take legal action for damages caused by violations.
Article 4-4 (License Audit)
- For enterprise/institutional customers, the Company may request an audit of License usage.
- Users must provide relevant information including the number of installed devices and users upon audit request.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and intellectual property rights for the Service belong to the Company. However, open-source components are subject to their respective license terms.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or User negligence. Service stability in offline environments may vary depending on the User's hardware environment.
Article 7 (Privacy)
The Company's handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.
